As an Electrical Team Lead in Bramsche, you will oversee the electrical maintenance, repair, and assembly operations for our production facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and developing your team, managing personnel planning, and coordinating the setup and commissioning of production machinery. You will act as the responsible electrical expert, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (DGUV/UVV) and managing spare parts and budgets. A key aspect of the role is driving improvement projects and participating in the site's investment planning. You will also mentor apprentices and manage external contractors.
