Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Specialist and Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, teaching staff, and employees regarding IT system usage. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets, and handling user account and permission administration. Furthermore, you will play an active role in supporting the implementation of a new training system and the development of the organization's IT infrastructure.
