Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First-Level IT support to apprentices, teaching staff, and employees, serving as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries. You will be responsible for managing and supporting Surface tablets, overseeing user accounts, and handling permissions. Furthermore, you will play an active role in the implementation of new training systems and contribute to the design and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. The position is ideal for an IT professional who excels in customer service and is looking to apply their technical skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will work within a Microsoft-centric ecosystem, ensuring that hardware and software systems remain operational and efficient for all users.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft environment (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune)
- Professional experience in server administration
- Practical knowledge in software distribution, network management, and SQL database administration
