Job Summary
As a Senior Availability and Capacity Manager at Komm.ONE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of IT services for the public sector in Baden-Württemberg. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing availability and capacity processes, monitoring performance through KPIs, and providing professional leadership to process stakeholders. You will serve as a key contact for BSI and ISO audits and ensure seamless integration between ITSM processes and tools. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT-related field; alternatively, a qualified vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management.
- Professional experience in the operational execution of ITSM processes, preferably in Capacity and Availability Management.
- Professional experience in a leadership or coordination capacity within IT processes.
Languages
Additional
- ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory. Must meet personal and collective bargaining requirements for EG13 TVöD classification.
