Job Summary

As a Data Scientist with a focus on HR at ROSSMANN, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex HR data into actionable insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing data, building statistical models, and creating intuitive dashboards to track KPIs across the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and talent development to compensation and diversity. You will act as a bridge between technical data analysis and strategic decision-making, presenting your findings to stakeholders like HR Business Partners and executive leadership. This role is unique because it combines high-level statistical modeling with the human-centric field of HR, allowing you to directly influence organizational strategy. You will ensure data quality and compliance while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics with a strong quantitative focus, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a data-driven role such as Data Science, Advanced Analytics, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from problem definition to solution roll-out.
  • Experience in the HR context is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience in translating complex technical analyses into stakeholder-ready presentations and recommendations.
