Job Summary

As the Head of International IT Systems & Digital Services, you will spearhead the development, rollout, and operation of the 'International Blueprint'—the core IT systems provided by the central headquarters to international subsidiaries. You will lead diverse, international product and platform teams, including external partners, while fostering the growth of international IT hubs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the IT demand and release portfolio, ensuring high system availability through SRE and ITIL processes, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders up to the C-level. You will act as a strategic bridge between central IT functions and local market requirements, ensuring that technology investments are scalable and aligned with corporate goals. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who excels at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and is passionate about driving digital transformation in an international retail context. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company’s global IT landscape while mentoring teams and optimizing operational performance.
