Job Summary

As the Head of Cybersecurity Operations, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for four key departments: Network Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Network & Security Operations, and Identity Platform. You will lead department heads to ensure the secure, 24/7 high-availability operation of the company's network infrastructure and security components. Your daily focus will involve overseeing firewalls, load balancers, WAFs, API gateways, and IAM solutions like Active Directory and Entra ID. You are tasked with defining the technical roadmap, driving modernization and automation, and acting as the primary liaison between IT management and external partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who combines deep technical expertise in network and security infrastructure with the ability to manage complex, end-to-end processes. You will foster a high-performance culture, promote agile working methodologies, and ensure that security and network projects are executed effectively to support the organization's digital infrastructure.
