Job Summary

As an IT Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in the digitalization of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your daily responsibilities involve gathering and documenting requirements for ITSM systems, translating business process needs into technical specifications, and ensuring continuous improvement of IT services such as Incident, Request, Deployment, and Event Management. You will moderate cross-functional stakeholder meetings, guide interdisciplinary teams, and advise management on process optimization, including the integration of emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, and automation. This role requires a strong background in IT service management, proficiency in process modeling, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
