Job Summary

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is seeking a dedicated Technical Assistant to join their 'Cellular Tools' core facility for a fixed-term parental leave replacement. In this role, you will contribute to vital cancer research by generating knockout and overexpression cell lines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve planning and executing scientific projects, cultivating and maintaining human and murine cell lines, producing viral particles, and performing genotypic analysis. You will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to S1/S2 safety standards.
