Job Summary
As an SAP Expert for Taxes and Duties at citeq, the IT service provider for the City of Münster, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the SAP systems supporting local accounting and logistics processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a primary contact for clients, bridging the gap between technical module support and functional departments, and coordinating a small team of three. You will lead sub-projects, including S/4HANA transitions, and ensure that new software features are effectively integrated into the existing infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Public Management; OR Diplom-Finanzwirt; OR recognized IT/Commercial vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) with relevant experience; OR qualification for the general administrative service (Laufbahngruppe 2).
Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in IT, digitalization, or SAP-related environments
- Experience in IT project management is considered an asset
- Experience in functional team coordination or leadership
