As an HR Recruiter for the City of Münster, you will play a vital role in shaping the workforce of a growing, vibrant city. Beyond operational tasks, you will advise managers on recruitment strategies and represent the city at job fairs and career events to enhance its employer brand. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in a relevant field, or completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II), or qualification for the General Administrative Service (Career Group 2, 1st Entry Level).

Experience

  • 3 years of professional experience in public administration (Career Group 2, 1st Entry Level or equivalent pay grade)
  • 2 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management (if applying with a university degree)
  • Experience in managing multi-stage selection processes and personnel diagnostics
  • Experience in advising management and specialist departments on recruitment matters
  • Professional experience in personnel marketing or representing an employer at career events
