Job Summary

This role within the Police Administration Department of the Rhineland-Palatinate Police Headquarters focuses on managing financial contracts and processing invoices. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting payment obligations, supporting financial planning, processing incoming invoices, handling reminders, and issuing payment orders using the IRMA IT system. The position also involves acting as a substitute for the cash office. Candidates will work within a team of 18 professionals managing state budget affairs, procurement projects, and IT infrastructure financing. Required Skills

Education
