Job Summary
This role involves developing and implementing innovative strategies for talent acquisition and staff retention within the Rhineland-Palatinate Police Headquarters for Operations, Logistics, and Technology (PP ELT). As a key member of the Personnel and Organizational Development team in Mainz, you will lead internal projects to strengthen the employer brand, manage online recruiting platforms, and conduct target-group-specific outreach at schools and universities. Your day-to-day will involve advising leadership on strategic HR issues, organizing recruitment events, and collaborating with press and public relations teams on social media campaigns. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Journalism, or a degree in Public Administration (e.g., Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt, Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration).
Experience
- Sound professional experience in personnel recruitment
- Proven experience in project management and controlling
- Experience in developing and optimizing HR strategies
- Experience with digital communication forms and audiovisual design
- Experience in the public sector or administrative environment is beneficial
