Job Summary

As a Productization Manager, you will lead the standardization of solution modules, such as rulemaps and workflows, within our No-Code/Low-Code software environment. Your primary mission is to boost team and partner productivity in the short term while building the foundation for self-service products like workflow templates and API-based solutions in the long term. You will manage the entire productization lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to abstraction, documentation, and final delivery. Working closely with the Delivery, Product, and Sales teams, you will ensure that customer challenges are systematically addressed and aligned with the platform roadmap and go-to-market strategy. You will also define and track KPIs, such as implementation time reduction and module reuse rates, to continuously refine our productization approach.
