Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will join our delivery team to transform complex bureaucratic processes into streamlined digital workflows. Working closely with Legal Engineers, you will utilize our proprietary No-Code/Low-Code platform to build user interfaces, define data models, and configure workflows based on established rulemaps. Your daily responsibilities include integrating our platform with third-party systems such as GIS, HKR, and eAkte, managing on-premise installations, and ensuring the long-term stability and quality of client systems. You will also act as a technical advisor, documenting projects and training partners to effectively use our technology. This role is ideal for a methodical problem-solver who enjoys bridging the gap between legal requirements and technical implementation. You will be part of a pioneering GovTech environment in Berlin, working on innovative AI-driven projects that have a tangible societal impact. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable practical qualification.

Experience

  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in delivery, project management, or implementation contexts.
  • Experience in the configuration of No-Code/Low-Code platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and service management, including handling demanding situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform systematic and analytical modeling of processes, data structures, and logic.
