As a (Senior) Customer Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end customer relationship from contract signing through implementation and ongoing operations. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams consisting of Legal and Automation Engineers to design custom solutions on a proprietary no-code automation platform. Your daily responsibilities include project controlling, configuring UI and API integrations, and managing ongoing operations such as incident handling and SLA management. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, SaaS, customer success, or IT consulting
- Professional experience in the implementation of IT solutions
- Proven track record in IT Service Management processes and tools
- Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and moderate at the C-level
