Job Summary
As a Senior DevOps Engineer within the BlueSpace Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Corporate Bank. Your day-to-day responsibilities include migrating applications from OpenShift Kubernetes to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining high standards for compliance, risk management, and security. You will work in an agile environment, participating in the full operational lifecycle of the platform, troubleshooting issues, and driving infrastructure improvements. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud-native architectures while ensuring product stability for global users. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of global sales and service solutions, making this an impactful position within a major financial institution.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, ideally combined with a specialization in Finance or Economics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in software development and operations
- Experience in developing and operating applications on GCP or Kubernetes-based infrastructures
- Experience with system integration, including legacy technologies
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Languages
Additional
- Google Engineering certifications required. Ability to work in a regulated banking environment.
