The Production Specialist is a senior-level role based in Frankfurt, responsible for the oversight, development, and optimization of the Automic automation environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications within the Private Bank Germany Service Operations. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring production data, managing incident and problem processes, creating and optimizing complex batch jobs, and ensuring strict compliance with quality and process guidelines. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide high-level 2nd-level support.
