Job Summary

As a Senior Corporate Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-potential corporate clients with complex advisory needs. Your day-to-day work involves strategic planning, controlling your portfolio to optimize market share, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Client) processes as an Accountable Client Owner (ACO). You will independently handle credit business, lead new client acquisition efforts, and collaborate with specialized product teams for complex engagements. A key aspect of this role is acting as a mentor for junior consultants and sharing your expertise within the sales team. This position is unique as it offers the opportunity to specialize in specific target industries while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will be expected to demonstrate high initiative and a solution-oriented mindset in a role that supports both full-time and part-time arrangements across multiple German locations.

Required Skills

Education

Banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/frau) combined with further qualifications and/or a university degree.

Experience

  • Several years of successful professional experience in sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all corporate banking products
  • Experience in managing complex client portfolios
  • Proven track record in new client acquisition and market development
