As an Electrical and Mechanical Calibration Technician at Schmitt Engineering, you will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and reliability of industrial measuring and testing equipment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing both electrical and mechanical calibrations—including DAkkS-certified procedures—both in the laboratory and directly on-site at client facilities. You will act as a technical advisor for measuring equipment, manage documentation within the 'Calvin OP Center' database, and conduct DGUV V3 safety inspections. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing calibration workflows and supporting quality assurance initiatives.
