Job Summary

This Crisis and Project Manager role within the Department for Housing, Social Affairs, and Integration involves managing critical operational tasks for transitional housing facilities serving asylum seekers, refugees, and the homeless. You will be responsible for monitoring legislative changes, developing operational guidelines, and preparing reports for political and administrative leadership. Day-to-day duties include project controlling, implementing IT solutions such as Document Management Systems (DMS), and proactive emergency planning. You will also provide direct support to management by coordinating grant agreements, overseeing facility maintenance tenders, and managing financial settlements. Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of the Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II) or a comparable degree (e.g., Bachelor or Diploma in Administrative Management, Finance, or Legal Administration).
