This role involves providing professional 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading IT systems house. Your daily responsibilities will include managing incident tickets, troubleshooting Windows-based workstations, and providing support for Microsoft Office, Exchange, and Citrix virtual desktop environments. You will be tasked with resolving technical issues related to printing, network drives, VPN access, and user administration within Active Directory.
