As an IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT environments for a major IT systems house. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support via telephone, managing incident tickets, and performing onsite hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting, equipment relocation, and software deployment. You will be responsible for administering user accounts in Active Directory and Exchange, while supporting Windows-based workstations and Citrix virtual desktop environments. Additionally, you will perform error analysis on core infrastructure services such as printing, network drives, and VPN.
