  • Experience in recording and documenting technical requests via ticketing systems
  • Initial exposure to Apple Support processes or Apple certifications (ACiT/ACE) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience with macOS Deployment or Mobile Device Management (MDM) is an advantage
