Job Summary
As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, managing IT requests and incidents through a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include categorizing and prioritizing support requests, coordinating with external service providers, and performing basic on-site hardware and telephony troubleshooting. You will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by managing IT on-boarding and off-boarding processes, maintaining the self-service portal, and developing internal documentation and FAQs to improve user experience. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare performance reports for IT leadership. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting users and streamlining IT processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is desirable
- Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset

Additional
- Work authorization for Germany is required. This is a part-time position (19.5 hours per week).
