Job Summary

This role involves planning, coordinating, and supporting city-wide digitalization projects within the financial department of the City of Kiel. You will be responsible for implementing project results, such as the digital outgoing invoice workflow, and managing technical administration, including user role and rights concepts. A key part of the position is conducting training sessions and workshops to build internal competencies, as well as collaborating with external consultants. You will also manage project controlling and develop technical interface concepts for electronic invoicing. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in public administration or business informatics, combined with extensive experience in project and process management. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or FH-Diploma (min. 6 semesters) in Public Administration, Administrative Science, Public Law, Law, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, successful completion of the career examination for the first entry level of career group two (General Services) or the 'Angestelltenlehrgang II' certification.
