Job Summary
The City of Stuttgart is seeking a dedicated Expert in Qualification and Onboarding to join its Social Affairs and Participation Office. This role is pivotal in establishing and shaping a new Competence Center, focusing on structured knowledge transfer, practical learning formats, and quality standards within the administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering content related to SGB IX (German Social Code Book IX) and related legal areas, specifically for new employees. This includes planning and overseeing onboarding processes for integration assistance benefits, organizing cross-legal training sessions, and providing structured feedback. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute ideas, engage in interdisciplinary exchange, and significantly influence change processes within a supportive public sector environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management or a comparable administrative-related field; alternatively, graduates (Bachelor, Diploma) in Social Economics/Social Management, Lawyers, or Administrative Specialists; or graduates with a recognized university degree and experience in a social law context. Trainer Aptitude Examination (AEVO) is ideal or willingness to obtain it.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an independent case worker in integration assistance benefits law
- Strong experience with IT specialist procedures like OPEN/PROSOZ or comparable systems
- Experience with modern onboarding methods (e.g., fictitious cases, group training, peer case consultation, practical onboarding) is desirable
