Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Building Regulations Office in Stuttgart by managing and overseeing legal building procedures. Key responsibilities include receiving and formally checking building applications and documentation, documenting assessment bases, and monitoring the entire process, including inter-departmental involvement. The assistant will act as the primary contact person for customers, builders, and architects, providing procedural information, coordinating deadlines, and managing appointments. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Intermediate Non-Technical Service), Certified Administrative Specialist, completed First Examination according to the Collective Agreement (VKA, formerly Angestelltenlehrgang I), Commercial Clerk for Office Management, or comparable completed three-year vocational training
