Job Summary

The Stuttgart School Administration Office is seeking an Electrical Engineering Master Craftsman or Technician, specializing in renewable energy systems, to join the Technical Building Management department. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical building equipment repairs by commissioning specialized firms, providing technical advice to various departments, and regularly inspecting school facilities within the city. A significant focus of the role involves actively contributing to initiatives concerning renewable energy systems, particularly photovoltaic and LED technology, and supporting energy efficiency measures. Candidates should possess a strong background in electrical engineering, familiarity with relevant laws and standards (like VDE regulations), and practical experience in planning, implementing, and supervising technical building equipment.

Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Foreign qualifications require official recognition in Germany and a German translation.
