Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer at the Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB) in Dresden, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating new construction and renovation projects for state-owned properties, including significant historical cultural buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the planning and execution of technical building equipment (TGA) projects in accordance with HOAI phases 1-9. You will act as a central point of contact for project teams, managing interfaces between various trades, providing expert technical consultation to users, and ensuring compliance with public legal regulations and building codes. Required Skills

Education

Degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a project management position with overall responsibility
  • Extensive experience in the planning and execution of large-scale projects within building services engineering
