Job Summary

As a Property Manager for the Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management (SIB), you will serve as the central point of contact for users and external partners regarding all real estate management services. Your daily responsibilities involve procuring, controlling, and monitoring facility management (FM) services, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining operator responsibility. You will assess the maintenance needs of technical systems, prioritize structural upkeep, and ensure compliance with life-cycle-oriented FM standards. Additionally, you will handle the administration of lease agreements, space rentals, and the accommodation needs of government authorities.
