Job Summary

The Goitzsche Klinikum is seeking a dedicated Digitalization Coordinator to drive the digital transformation of its clinical and administrative processes. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between medical staff, IT, and external partners, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of digitalization projects—from initial conceptualization and goal setting to implementation and documentation. You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing clinical information systems (KIS), designing digital workflows, and conducting process analyses to simplify daily hospital operations. Furthermore, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure that all digital solutions comply with internal and legal requirements. You will report directly to the Corporate Development project management team in a permanent, full-time role within a prestigious academic teaching hospital.
