Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the department's budget, ensuring legal compliance with child and youth welfare laws (SGB VIII), and driving the strategic development of services such as daycare, youth centers, and child protection. You will act as a key representative in political committees, specifically the Youth Welfare Committee, and foster partnerships with schools, health providers, and community organizations. Required Skills

Education
