Job Summary

The IT Service Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for internal IT requests, managing the lifecycle of support tickets from intake and prioritization to resolution or escalation. You will collaborate closely with external service providers, monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and support the IT management team with reporting. A key part of your daily activities includes maintaining the self-service portal, creating knowledge base documentation, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will handle basic on-site hardware troubleshooting and provide initial guidance to staff. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys structured processes and clear communication. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is desirable.
  • Experience with ticket management systems is considered an advantage.
