Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees facing IT issues and technical problems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve setting up, maintaining, and replacing workplace hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers. You will also assist with the installation and configuration of software and operating systems, manage conference room technology, and perform minor network and cabling tasks.
