Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees facing IT issues and technical problems. Your day-to-day will involve setting up, maintaining, and replacing workplace hardware like PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers. You'll also assist with software and operating system installations and configurations, manage conference room technology, and perform minor network and cabling tasks.
