As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees facing technical challenges, providing direct, in-person assistance. Your daily tasks will involve setting up, maintaining, and replacing end devices like PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers, as well as configuring software and operating systems. You will also manage the technical aspects of meeting rooms, including presentation equipment, and perform basic network and cabling tasks. This role requires you to meticulously log and track IT incidents using a ticketing system and coordinate closely with the central IT team and other departments.
