As an IT Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the complex IT environments at Frankfurt Airport. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support for IT systems, both remotely and on-site. You will manage service requests and incidents, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will handle user and group administration, including Active Directory management, software distribution, patch management, and antivirus maintenance.
