Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT environments of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria. Your day-to-day responsibilities include commissioning, maintaining, and documenting customer IT systems, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and managing firewalls, routers, and Office 365 environments. You will implement customized IT solutions and perform administration across Windows, Linux, and Apple operating systems. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in IT system integration or electronics, along with practical experience in cloud solutions, backups, and security protocols.
