Job Summary

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Ghosh lab at the NCT WERA site in Würzburg. This role focuses on the investigation of immunotherapies at the nanoscale, specifically targeting hematological malignancies. The successful candidate will design and implement advanced imaging workflows, including single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) and lattice light-sheet microscopy (LLSM), to visualize receptor clustering and cytoskeletal organization at T cell-tumor cell junctions. You will work in a cross-disciplinary environment, contributing to the molecular mapping of bispecific antibody-mediated immune synapses. Key requirements include a PhD in biophysics, cell biology, or cancer biology, along with hands-on experience in advanced fluorescence imaging and cell culture. This position offers a dynamic, research-focused environment with access to state-of-the-art infrastructure, international networking opportunities, and a commitment to professional development through the DKFZ Postdoc Program.
