Job Summary

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff regarding IT requests and incidents. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, categorizing, and prioritizing support tickets, coordinating resolutions with external service providers, and performing basic on-site hardware checks. You will also play a key role in the onboarding and offboarding process, maintain the internal self-service portal, and develop knowledge base documentation to support users. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare performance reports for IT management.
