Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Administrator in Erding, joining a company that develops, produces, and distributes high-quality hydraulic drive and control technologies. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for user support, handling and documenting IT requests in the ticketing system, and providing 1st level support. Key responsibilities include administering and monitoring mobile devices via MDM systems, actively participating in the installation, maintenance, and care of IT equipment, and managing backup processes with Veeam Backup & Replication.
