This role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining modern nurse call and communication systems, primarily in retirement and nursing homes across Germany. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for conducting installations, performing functional and safety checks according to DIN VDE 0834 standards, troubleshooting existing systems, and documenting all work meticulously. A key aspect of the job is coordinating with nursing staff and facility management on-site. The ideal candidate has completed an electrotechnical apprenticeship (e.g., as an Electrician or System Electronics Technician) or possesses several years of relevant professional experience. This position requires significant travel—approximately 20 weeks per year nationwide—and demands a high degree of reliability, team spirit, and independent work ethic.
