Job Summary
This role as a 2nd Level IT Service Technician, based in Berlin or Munich, involves acting as the crucial link between end-users and complex IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering customer IT infrastructure, resolving and documenting technical problems, and providing on-site support for hardware, software, computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks. The technician will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring IT standards. Key qualifications include a relevant IT education (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable experience, proficiency in 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, and practical knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office 365, SCCM, Active Directory, and network technology.
