This role is ideal for an IT professional ready to be the primary point of contact for business customers experiencing technical issues in the Dortmund or Bochum area. As the first line of defense in 1st Level Support, you will independently manage incoming technical inquiries and fault reports via telephone, ensuring professional and timely resolution. A key part of the job involves analyzing the existing IT infrastructure to identify and implement optimization potential, ensuring clients receive reliable and professional IT management. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification (apprenticeship or degree in Informatics/related field), combined with practical experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment. Essential technical skills include proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems and key applications like Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and O365.
