Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT services and support as a Field Service Technician in Berlin, working for a respected technology partner specializing in IT system house services. Day-to-day responsibilities include realizing IT services for various hardware products (Notebooks, PCs, Servers, Storage, Printers, and Peripherals), actively participating in migration and rollout projects, and executing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). The technician will also support end-users, conduct on-site training, and install/configure video conferencing systems. This position is attractive as it offers a permanent contract option after an initial temporary placement, regular working hours, flat hierarchies, and individual development opportunities. Candidates must possess professional experience or a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, and a Class B driving license.
