Job Summary

As a Principal Scientist in the Structural Biology and Biophysics team, you will provide scientific leadership to drive structural mode of action studies and structure-based drug design. Your daily responsibilities include implementing and expanding single-particle cryo-EM capabilities, managing end-to-end structural enablement strategies from sample generation to structural model building, and coordinating with CROs and external partners. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior scientists and communicating complex scientific findings to cross-functional stakeholders to influence R&D decision-making. This position is unique as it sits at the intersection of cutting-edge structural biology and drug discovery, focusing on complex therapeutic modalities like antibodies, multispecifics, and molecular degraders. The role offers the opportunity to shape experimental strategies within a global Healthcare R&D organization, contributing directly to the development of innovative medicines in oncology, neurology, and fertility.
