Job Summary

As a Scientist in the Structural Biology and Biophysics team, you will play a pivotal role in R&D discovery by designing and executing biophysical characterization of recombinant target proteins and complexes. Your day-to-day will involve working with small molecules, degraders, and multifunctional antibodies to generate high-quality experimental data that informs drug design. You will be responsible for interpreting complex results, coordinating with external partners, and presenting findings in cross-functional forums. Beyond the bench, you will drive methodological innovation and mentor associate scientists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment. This position is unique as it places you at the intersection of structural biology and drug discovery, offering the chance to impact therapeutic areas like oncology and neurology. Required Skills

Education

PhD in Biophysics, Structural Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in structural biology or biophysics, preferably within a biopharmaceutical or biotech setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced biophysical techniques for protein complexes.
  • Experience in supervising or training associate scientists, technicians, or students.
  • Track record of multidisciplinary collaboration and presenting complex scientific data.
  • Preferred: Experience in protein crystallography, MS, SAXS, or NMR and research experience in oncology, immunology, or neuroscience.
