Job Summary
As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for employee IT requests, managing the intake, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service requests via a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating with external service providers, handling basic local hardware and telephony issues, and managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR. You will also play a key role in maintaining the IT self-service portal, documenting solutions in a knowledge base, and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) to provide reports for IT leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong service orientation who enjoys supporting users and streamlining IT workflows. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is desirable
- Experience with ticketing systems is considered an advantage

- Must be able to work 19.5 hours per week (part-time).
