Job Summary
As an ERP Manager at Hamburger Wohnen eG, you will serve as the primary link between IT systems and staff, dedicating 70% of your time to the administration, support, and development of the Wodis Sigma ERP system. You will analyze and optimize digital business processes, manage system interfaces (APIs), and coordinate with external service providers. Additionally, you will support IT infrastructure operations, manage user roles and permissions, and provide training to staff. This role is ideal for experienced ERP application managers or process managers with strong IT affinity who enjoy working in a collaborative, social, and transparent environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a business/commercial degree with a strong IT focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in ERP management or a comparable IT/process management role
- Experience in project leadership and coordination of external service providers
- Technical understanding of modern software architectures and IT infrastructure
